in four steps.
fundly turns a portfolio idea into a transparent onchain fund that anyone on Robinhood Chain can invest in.
Pick your assets
Combine stock tokens, crypto, USDG and pons from the fundly asset registry. Set a target weight for each one.
Set the rules
Choose how often to rebalance, the management fee, minimum investment and capacity, and whether deposits and redemptions are open.
Launch onchain
One transaction deploys your fund as its own contract on Robinhood Chain. It gets its own share token right away.
Investors join
Anyone can deposit USDG and get fund shares at the current NAV, then redeem them for their share of the fund's holdings.
stocks, crypto, USDG and pons, in one fund.
Every asset comes from a single onchain registry, with its contract address, decimals, category and price source.
Robinhood Stock Tokens
Tokenized equities on Robinhood Chain, held directly by your fund contract.
Crypto assets
WETH and other verified tokens bridged to Robinhood Chain.
Paxos USDG
The settlement asset. Deposits come in as USDG, and you can hold it as a stable reserve.
pons assets
Native pons ecosystem tokens, listed in the same registry and priced the same way.
fair pricing, computed onchain.
Each fund is a contract that holds real tokens. Its net asset value is the sum of every holding at registry prices. Deposits and redemptions settle at NAV, so every investor pays and receives the same fair price.
- Shares are minted at the current NAV per share
- Management fees accrue as manager shares, never hidden
- Redeem anytime deposits and redemptions are open
How a deposit is priced
Worked exampleshares = deposit ÷ NAV per share. Values are for illustration only.
transparent by design.
fundly gives investors the fund's whole rulebook in contract code.
Fully transparent
Holdings, weights, NAV and every deposit are public contract state. You don't need to trust a spreadsheet.
Self-custodial
Assets sit in the fund contract, not with fundly. Only your own wallet can redeem your shares.
Guarded rebalancing
Managers can only trade through swap routers the registry owner has approved. Weights must always add up to 100%.
Fees in the open
Management fees accrue over time as new manager shares. They show onchain, where anyone can check them.
In-kind redemptions
When you redeem, you get your share of each asset the fund holds, with no forced sale.
Robinhood Chain native
Runs only on Robinhood Chain mainnet (chain 4663). Gas is paid in ETH and deposits settle in USDG.

good to know.
An ERC-20 token that represents your share of everything the fund holds. The value of one share is the fund's NAV divided by the number of shares.
The contract adds up each asset balance times its registry price, all in USD. Deposits mint shares at the current NAV per share, so new money never dilutes existing investors.
If the manager has redemptions turned on, you can burn your shares at any time and receive your share of every asset in the fund, straight to your wallet.
Each fund sets its own management fee, which accrues over time as manager shares. You also pay Robinhood Chain gas in ETH. fundly itself charges no protocol fee.
Prices come from the fundly registry. For now the registry owner posts them. Each price shows when it was last updated, so you can judge how fresh it is.
Not yet. The contracts are open source and tested, but no independent audit has been done. Only invest what you can afford to lose.
